Nope, sadly..we did not win.
The winning parties took only 30mins+ to complete all 6 challenges!
However, we did win something besides the goodies bags.

So people say that knowledge is the most priceless thing.
And yes, we did gain substantial knowledge on many new places that we haven’t been to of Cathay.
Let me walk you through our challenges and what we learnt!
First station.

The Cathay Cineplex Level 2
The Cathay Restaurant is actually a Cantonese specialised restauarant in Singapore.
And nope, they do not just sell dimsum only.
They sell Cantonese dishes too!
Looking yummy already?
What’s more is that they have buffet going on too!
And best of all, Chef’s specials every month!!
You’ll never get sick of the dishes there.
They have special rooms for private dining too, really classy!
And decorated with movie stars posters in there.

Second Station.

The Cathay Cineplex Level 2
Guess many of you out there did not notice this gallery in The Cathay right?
Yes, this is a “semi museum” of The Cathay history.
In here, you’ll get to see old newspaper articles and history about how The Cathay came about, the founders, old films, etc.!
They even have old cinema seats there, not for seating though.

Third station.
H A N G O U T
Mount Emily
And in case you’re wondering..
Mount Emily is actually up a hill!
It’s really tiring to climb up there cause we weren’t allowed to cab.
But it was really satisfying to see such a beautiful place!
Hangout is actually a hotel up Mount Emily.
The atmosphere there was REALLY RELAXED.
(Like as if you’re on a BATAM vacation kind of feel!)
Look at the facilities!!
How fun and relaxing.
As their motto goes,
NO FRILLS, JUST FUN.
Can totally feel it when I was there.
Hangout even had a rooftop area called LOOK OUT.
Where you can have a roof top chilling session with your friends while soaking your feet (in the above pic) or just a drink.

Cathay Cineleisure Orchard

I guess many of you guys ain’t stranger with this place.
After all, I’ve been blogging about Cineleisure for the past month!
And yes, Cineleisure is the perfect mall to Eat, Play, Shop.

located at the LEVEL 9 of Cathay Cineleisure Orchard!
And why do I say ONE-STOP entertainment place?
BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY GAMES THERE YOU’LL BE SPOILT FOR CHOICES!

And do you know that, The Cathay actually has Platinum Suites?
I LOVE THEIR PLATINUM SUITES.
I mentioned in my blog before that I’m a hardcore Cathay fan.
I love how their platinum suites seats are leather instead of velvet or cloth. It feels so comfortable!!
And the food choice at their Cineplex Snackbar is awesome!
